I have been working in childcare for 9 years and have been in management for 5 years. I am currently level 5 in Early years and level 5 in management. I will be working towards my BA Honours degree in September 2016. My passion is being part of children’s learning and knowing that I can make a difference with the experiences I can offer to them. I aim to achieve the best practice nursery with happy children, families and staff. I believe being a caring manager who is able to support all our families and staff members is the most important role to me. I hope you fall in love with our Pre-School as much as I did.
